The newly incorporated Georgia city was selected along with San Jose, Calif.; Asheville, NC; Colorado Springs, Colo. and 21 other cities for the 2007 list because of its strong schools, specialized educational programs, high parental involvement and community school support. “We’re excited about this national recognition of our great city, our talented students and our exceptionally supportive educators and parents.
