Our website, features the RELO National Home Search, and as an added benefit, we get more home search with a link from the front page. Some features include:

  • Traffic to our website from out-of-town buyers who are linked to your site from the sites of leading RE members across the country (and the world).
  • We have increased exposure of your seller’s properties nationwide and increased out-of-town buyer opportunities from that exposure. (Use this feature as a valuable listing tool!)
  • Our brand is being seen in other cities domestically and internationally as a property resource on all the member sites of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

lrecw_wht-bkgrnd.jpg     The Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection is part of an international real estate network that participates in more million-dollar-plus luxury home transactions than any other single real estate organization.

The firms of the Collection, who are also members of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, offer a network of knowledgeable professionals accustomed to delivering the premium level of service required by sophisticated buyers and sellers.      The luxury properties Luxury Portfolio features are among the most exclusive in the world and include fine homes ranging from traditional estates, to exotic island retreats, to country manors.

All Jenny Pruitt listings over $1 million are automatically uploaded to luxuryportfolio.com, as long as there are five photos of the home on FMLS.

Randy Rice, our Senior Server Administrator, recently wrote an article for our quarterly newsletter, The Grapevine, discussing a few important reasons why it is imperative to back-up computer files. When your “to-do” list is piled high with a hundred other things to do, it is difficult to remember to back-up files. However, we all could greatly benefit from taking the additional time to save our work. Thanks to Randy, here are some helpful tips for keeping your files safe:

Practically every computer sold within the last few years has a CD/DVD burner. Take advantage of it! Most come with software that allows you to drag and drop files onto a blank CD so you can store them in a safe place. One-touch back-up solutions are very reasonably priced these days. Once they are configured, with the press of a button they will back-up all of your important data. You can find a wide-range of them in your local electronics store. As a warning, do not use a USB thumb drive as a master back-up device! They are convenient for transferring data, but they can “go bad” so to speak, dumping everything on them. When in doubt, print it out! Keep a hard copy of anything you can’t live without. Paper may be “antiquated,” but it is still one of the most effective back-up solutions around.  MT

jpa_relo_services_logo.jpgMany people associate Jenny Pruitt & Associates with being experts in the Atlanta real estate market.

We also have an entire international network of companies that we use to help our clients buy a home in another town – whether it is for relocation of their primary residence or to purchase a vacation home in a resort (or off the beaten path!) location. We have helped hundreds of people this year to find homes outside of the Atlanta metro area.
